We are happy to announce our 2016/2017 teacher training! Our next 200 hr teacher training will be starting in October 2016.

If you are interested please attend our last informational meeting Sunday September 11 at 5:45PM.

Space is limited to 12 registrants so if you are really interested fill our online application and submit with a check for the deposit.

Delve deeper into the study of all that is yoga. In this 8 Month course(meeting one weekend per month) we will cover Anatomy & Physiology, The history of Yoga(including the Bhagavad Gita, the yoga sutras and the 8 limbs of yoga ) Teaching methodology, Meditation & pranayama, Posture alignment, Sequencing, Life coaching, The Chakras, Sanskrit and Physical and Verbal Adjusting & Mantra and Mudras. You will also learn how to lead your own class and find your own voice while practice teaching.

All yoga classes at the studio are free of charge while you are enrolled in this program.

The course fee is $3000, however if paid in full by 9/15 the Early Bird rate will be $2800. $400 deposit is required to sign up by 8/15. Payment plans for remaining balance are available. (8 monthly installments of $337(total course fee $3100). We recommend you have a steady Yoga practice prior to applying.

Space will be limited to a maximum of 12 students with one spot open for a scholarship to attend classes on a work/study basis please come into the studio to apply and meet with Arlene. To sign up please click the link below and reserve your place with your $400 deposit.
